Understand our flexible cancellation policies designed to give you peace of mind.

1 Standard Cancellation Policy
More than 30 Days
100% Refund. You will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus any bank processing fees.
14 - 30 Days
50% Refund. We will refund half of the total booking amount.
Less than 14 Days
No Refund. Cancellations made within two weeks of departure are non-refundable.
2 Rescheduling Your Trip
Plans change, and we understand that. You can request to reschedule your trip up to 14 days before departure without any penalty, subject to boat availability. Requests made within 14 days may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
3 Weather & Safety
Your safety is our top priority. If the captain or Sea Leader Marine deems weather conditions unsafe for sailing:
- We will attempt to reschedule your trip to the nearest available date.
- If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund (100%).
- "Unsafe conditions" are determined solely by the captain/operator, not by guest preference (e.g., cloudy weather is not a valid reason for cancellation).
4 Force Majeure
In events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), standard cancellation policies may be waived in favor of credit vouchers valid for 12 months.
